Food was ok, there small peices of chicken, they charge for any extra sauces. Wouldn't recommend going there.
UPDATE (09-23-2017): Sent an email to Hardees website on 09/05/2017. The answer informed me that the local management would contact me. Ten days later had received no customer contact. Sent a follow up email. Informed by Hardees they were sorry no one had contacted me and that someone would THIS time. Now EIGHT DAYS later STILL NOTHING!
Some filling burgers but it aint no big chahuna burger and im a sucker for a tasty burger!
Wish NO stars were possible for this place. 20 minutes from the time I walked in until I was out. Two people taking orders, and neither one of them could completely fill any of them. Everyone kept having to come back and get items forgotten from their orders. The two people working the counter and drive thru were so slow they should carry bags of popcorn to drop kernels every so often to see if they are actually moving! Studiously ignored customers waiting at the counter. Neither one of them could be bothered with being polite, evidently not knowing the words please, or thank you. Property was filthy. Floors, counters, everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month.
The absolute lack of any customer service from this Belle Fourche location should turn everyone away form this lousy property. Vote with your wallets folks. Either they get better or they get gone!
Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been in and out in abut the same time, and been treated like a valued customer.
Not a bad place. It’s been awhile since I have been to a Hardee’s. I don’t remember the burgers being so small?
I picked the bag up off the ground and saw that it was NOT my order so had to go inside to tell them. The same employee then threw it on the counter and told the employees behind the counter it was wrong. I waited for another six or seven minutes to get the correct order, and not even a "Thank You" from the original employee, or any offer of compensation for the excessive time and wrong order!
09/05/2017 UPDATE: Gave this place ONE LAST chance. FAILED!!
Placed order at the drive thru, asked to pull ahead and wait. An obviously angry employee wandered the parking lot with orders that she had no idea where they went. After nearly ten minutes she came out wandering the parking lot...AGAIN with another order, came to my vehicle and nearly threw it at me as she sped past with a surly, "Here!"

5 stars for the food but the lady rushed me to order. my friend couldn't even order before she said to pull forward kinda messed up when you can't look the menu for more then 2 seconds. didn't know I was suppose to rush through a drive through when I was the only one there and I asked 3 times for sause didn't get any. I don't think she should be talking over me when I'm still saying my order.
