These folks are a class act. Couldn't be happier with their service. My furnace quit on Christmas morning, hot wired it to get it to work for the day, then called all the local shops in Gillette to get the part to fix it. No one open in Gillette that could get to me, (Christmas was on Sunday, Monday was the federal holiday). Called every Goodman dealer within 150 miles, these guys are the only ones who answered the phone. Helped me diagnose the problem over the phone, confirmed what I suspected, bad control board. They couldn't get me the part that day, all suppliers were closed. Called me the next morning to check on me, even suggested some places locally that had the part in stock (they wouldn't have made a dime, just helping me out). I was so pleased with their service I told them to get the part from their supplier and I drove 190 miles round trip to pick it up, didn't even bother with the local guys. Good service like this is rare, and should be rewarded. I will recommend Air Doc to everyone I know, great people. A++++!
Air Doc is one of the few businesses that are truly customer service minded. Quick and friendly. Very professional when submitting bids. Prompt about scheduling. I highly recommend Air Doc to anyone who needs courteous, professional service.

I got ripped off. At first I thought Air Dec was pretty good, but by the end of my service I had changed my mind. They came out the same day I called with no AC and 90 degrees days ahead of us, so that was a huge plus! But, I feel I was wayyyy overcharged for labor and product. I had a refrigerant leak, and wanted to just refill it as I really thought the leak was very small since the tech didn't see any immediate signs of a leak. Later I learned that he didn't look very hard, as a different company found it right away. The tech told me my AC unit ONLY took a coolant called R-22 and ran about $120/lb, and happens to be In short supply. I thought this was high, but didn't really know, so I didn't question it. So he refilled it after dawdling around for close to an extra hour. I got charged for 90 min of labor for what he could have completed in 30-45 min, but he spent so much time talking to me speculating about whether or not he had enough coolant in his truck, or at the office, or how much my unit held...if he should even fill it cuz he might not have enough in hand...on and on. He spent at least 20 min sitting in his truck apparently talking to his boss. A week later almost all of the coolant leaked out and AC stopped working again. (Not placing any blame here, to be clear. It's no ones fault.) I decided to call a different company as I was a little unsettled with Air Doc. They found and fixed the leak right away with no trouble in about 45 min and told me that they only charge $90/lb for the aforementioned R-22, opposed to $120! AND it is NOT the only product that can be used, there is a different one that is about half the price of R-22! The Air Doc tech also told me that I would have to soon replace my 10 y/o AC unit because the R-22 was going to be discontinued within a few years. (I don't know if that is true or not) I don't know if this guy was purposely trying to swindle me or was just uneducated about these products. Either way, I would never recommend their services to anyone. I paid just a few buck shy of $500 for him to refill my refrigerant, and with the second company I paid $410 for a leak fix AND to refill the unit with MORE refrigerant than what Air Doc used.
Doesn't deserve to even have a 1/4 star, piss poor customer service. Piss poor work done. Owner is rude, workers are lazy and slow. Charge you $85 dollars just to come look at the problem, and then spend a half day sitting on their thumbs thinking about how to fix the problem. Maybe show up the next day, maybe not? Who knows? Place is a joke.
